BeTheMuse Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By participating in this giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by BeTheMuse (“Sponsor”), located at bethemuse.net. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility
   •    Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   •    Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
   •    The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period
   •    The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM CST and ends on Friday, February 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST (the “Entry Period”).
   •    Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the required steps:
   1.    Like the giveaway post and Follow @Tee_Smiley
   2.    Tag two (2) friends in the comments.
   3.    Share one of the rugs from the post to their Instagram Story and tag @yourhandle.

Additional Entries:
   •    Subscribe to BeTheMuse.net on the homepage.
   •    Tag additional friends (one extra entry per additional tagged friend).

5. Winner Selection & Notification
   •    One (1) winner will be selected through a randomized draw.
   •    The winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram no later Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
   •    The winner must respond within 24 hours of being contacted. If no response is received, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Prize
   •    One (1) winner will receive a custom rug valued at up to $300.
   •    The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
   •    The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes related to the prize.

7. Shipping & Delivery
   •    The prize will be shipped to the winner’s U.S. address only.
   •    The winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address within 48 hours of confirming their prize.
   •    Shipping costs within the U.S. are covered by the Sponsor.
   •    The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the prize has been shipped.
   •    If the prize is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the Sponsor is not obligated to re-ship it.

8. General Conditions
   •    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not follow the entry rules, uses fake accounts, or engages in fraudulent activity.
   •    Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or delays due to Instagram outages.
   •    By entering, you agree to release Instagram and the Sponsor from any liability related to the Giveaway.

9. Privacy
   •    Any personal data collected (such as Instagram handle and shipping address) will only be used for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and will not be shared or sold.

10. No Affiliation with Instagram

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this promotion.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is subject to U.S. laws, and any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the state in which the Sponsor operates.
