Return Policy?

We will accept returns within 10 days of receiving products. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
If you received defective merchandise please email us pictures of the damage at bethemuse1@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt of product.
Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
Please include a copy of the invoice to ensure proper credit in a timely manner (approximately two weeks from return arrival).
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note, we do not accept returns for washed or decorated merchandise

Shipping?

Processing times for orders are approximately 24-48 hours depending on the order volume. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis, Monday thru Fridays from 8 am to 4 pm.
Shipping times are determined by the courier you select at checkout. Once an order has been processed and scanned, you will receive an estimated delivery date provided once tracking is available.
Preordered items may take up to *4 weeks to ship*
Rugs are handmade and may take up to 2 weeks to ship after final design is approved.
